Day-to-day
- Prepare and set up line with such items as salads, seafood, appetizers, ice creams, cold meats, cheese platters, fresh fruit platters, and baskets of fruit
- Consistent quality and quantity food production
- Follow standard recipes according to menu
- Work cold station in front or back of the house
- Ensure cleanliness of cold station walk-ins and reach-ins
- Adjust food inventory according to business in order to avoid over production and waste
The Ideal Candidate
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Preferred 3+ Years of Previous experience in similar position
