About the role
Bringing Home the Dough provides break and/or meal relief for every production position on the assigned shift. Duration of each assignment will vary according to operational needs but will generally not exceed 20 minutes. This position requires demonstrating competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality, and/or quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (e.g., EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
- Fulfill work schedules, adhere to attendance policies, and follow other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- No educational prerequisite; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
- One or more years of production experience and basic knowledge of production procedures (preferred).

Pay
Competitive hourly range of $21.70–$24.76.
