PALS Elementary School Non-Licensed Instructional Staff

This position supports the PALS Targeted Services After School Program at the elementary level, working under the direction of the PALS Site Lead. Non-licensed instructional staff will assist licensed teachers in implementing PALS instructional programming.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed teachers in classroom instruction and enrichment activities.
- Supervise snack time and student busing.
- Support student behavior management.
Schedule
- Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Times: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Start Date: November 10, 2026
- End Date: March 24, 2027
- Location: All elementary school sites in ISD 191
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Previous experience supporting school-age students.
Pay
Compensation is per the bargaining unit agreement or $19.00/hour, whichever hourly rate is higher.
