Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced nursing care within a palliative care setting. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering specialized primary care, including prescribing and on-call duties, in collaboration with a supervising physicianManaging care for patients with complex conditions through comprehensive assessments and interdisciplinary team coordinationConducting face-to-face patient visits with proper documentationProviding clinical education and acting as a resource for staff and team initiativesSupporting performance improvement and contributing to clinical excellence Qualifications Required Unrestricted state license and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse PractitionerNational certification from ANCC or AANPPossession of NPI, DEA with prescribing privileges, PECOS, CAQH, Medicare, and Medicaid numbersCurrent CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportationAt least one year of NP experience in chronic disease, family, or primary care Compensation and benefits: Competitive salary range, including base pay and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits, incentives, 401k, and stock options.
