Palletizer Skilled PR02, 1st Shift Fort Smith, AR

Starting pay: $17.50/hr

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Build and break down totes
• Move pallets weighing up to 95 lbs
• Palletize and stack 40 lbs boxes up to 10 stacks high
• Use water hose to keep work area clean and clear of debris/product
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Work Environment

• Temperatures ranging from 55 to 80 degrees
• Wet and/or humid conditions
• Slippery floors in some areas
• Concrete floors
• Loud noise levels requiring hearing protection

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 95 lbs
• Stand and work on feet for 8 to 12 hours
• Use a utility knife, hand jack, and strapping gun
• Perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of continuous work history within the past 2 years
• Minimum 3 months operating machinery in a processing/factory environment
