Responsibilities
- Traveling to various Dahl locations to assess, quote, and repair paintless dents on internal & guest vehicles.
- Work with warranty claim vendors for prior approvals & payments.
- Safely drive and professionally operate company vehicle to and from guest sites or Dahl locations.
- Identifying issues that may affect PDR corrections.
- Advise to guests and sales managers in advance.
- Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process.
- Communicate effectively, be honest, be customer service friendly, and be able to work & stay productive without direct oversight.
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
