Job Duties and Responsibilities: In the Field Daily On the jobsite for 2 or more customers dailyComplete work orders, customer service, and follow-ups Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc. Customer Service and Communication Display world-class customer service for residents, building owners/managers, and othersTrack and document work progress in our mobile appsCommunicate with support team and peers regularly Follow Repair Process Understand and utilize our processesEmploy each tool in your custom tool-kitProblem-solve repairs with creativity Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or auto body workExperience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not requiredAn ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary.Willingness to commit to learning new skills that may take months to master.
