FIBER, PAINT, & REPAIR TECHNICIAN
About the role
This position is responsible for preparing, finishing, and inspecting components prior to panel production. The role ensures parts are properly resin-coated, sanded, and ready for use, while maintaining material inventory and supporting overall production flow. This position plays a key part in maintaining quality standards, safety, and efficiency in the production process. Safety is our highest priority. Responsibilities
- Resin and sand rails, bulkheads, and pads prior to storage or production use
- Inspect parts and pads to ensure proper surface preparation and quality standards
- Maintain resin inventory to support uninterrupted daily production
- Perform Bondo and sanding work on parts and pads as needed
- Assist with resin dotting on pads for quality control purposes
- Support build-up and repair activities as required
