Painter/Maintenance Technician
About the role
The Painting and Maintenance Technician prepares surfaces, applies protective or decorative coatings, and operates specialized spray equipment to deliver smooth, high-quality finishes throughout the facility. In addition, this role performs a variety of general maintenance duties to keep the facility grounds and building operating smoothly, cleanly, and safely.

Responsibilities
- Clean, sand, tape, mask, and prime surfaces, walls, ceilings, and structures to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
