Painter I - 2nd Shift

Pay

$25.35 per hour

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Load, transfer, and unload parts on and/or from the paint line.
• Process each part by hanging/racking for paint application.
• Inspect quality of parts before and after the finishing process.
• Perform work duties safely and in accordance with policy, including wearing required personal protective equipment, following proper work habits, and maintaining housekeeping duties.
• Work continuously in a high‑heat environment.
• Exchange and break down racks and prepare them for burn‑off.
• Maintain proper part counts.
• Report all scrap.
• Perform stock handling duties as required.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Previous experience with powder paint systems.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk and hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
• Regularly required to stand and walk.
• Occasionally required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 25–50 pounds.
• Frequent and continuous computer‑based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
