Maintain
- Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
- Keep the hotel decoration in good condition.
- Clean all work areas after completing the job.
- Fill out the Daily Work form.
Physical Requirements
- 100% of mobility required in all areas of hotel property and grounds.
- Some continuous standing required.
- Stairs - up to approximately 90 steps.
Working Environment
- All areas of the resort (indoors and outdoors).
- Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
- Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Tools & Equipment
- Ladder and lifts – up to approximately 65 feet.
- Safety Shoes required.
