Painter/Field Applicator

About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled work including interior and exterior painting, wall finishing, drywall repairs, spray applications, vinyl wallcovering installation, and light carpentry.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality results on every job.
• Adapt to different project types and environments, ensuring consistency and excellence in all work.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Dependable and eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in painting and related trades is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and communication.

Skills

• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
