Painter/Field Applicator

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled work including interior and exterior painting, wall finishing, drywall repairs, spray applications, vinyl wallcovering installation, and light carpentry.
• Work on residential and commercial projects such as new construction, remodels, and renovations, as well as wood care and restoration.
• Take pride in quality craftsmanship and deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate effectively with a team and be dependable and eager to learn.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and related trades is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
