Painter/Field Applicator

About the role

Join the Colorful Concepts Painting Team! We're looking for hardworking, dependable painters and field applicators who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled work including interior and exterior painting, wall finishing, drywall repairs, spray applications, vinyl wallcovering installation, and light carpentry.
• Work closely with a team to complete projects ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings, new constructions, remodels, and renovations.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Adapt to different project requirements and environments.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience in painting and related trades is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and eager to learn new skills.
• Passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
