Responsibilities
- Perform routine painting, wall covering, and floor repairs or replacement.
- Assist with routine maintenance of the department.
- May perform preventative and/or corrective work orders.
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance assignments.
- Respond to emergencies that arise.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Take on-call on a rotating basis to be available for emergencies when there is no on-site Plant Engineering coverage.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 2 years painting experience required.
- Preferred technical school training or apprenticeship program.
- Valid Georgia drivers license.
- Adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy.
