Pay
The wage range listed is base pay before shift differential. With shift differentials, pay is equivalent to ~28% higher than the base rate.
- 2nd Shift: 15% shift differential, 4x10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday)
- Weekend Shift: 15% shift differential, work 36 hours paid for 40

Responsibilities
- Perform masking, sanding, painting, sandblasting, and minor equipment assembly
- Ensure parts are correctly prepared and painted according to required specifications
Requirements
- Must have paint and/or blast experience to be considered
- High familiarity with all production operations
- Ability to continuously lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods throughout the day
