Painter

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Paint and primer of various components in accordance with applicable work instruction.
• Manages preventive maintenance of all painting equipment.
• Uses hand tools as required.
• Documents traceability of consumables and coatings within work orders/manufacturing orders.
• Provides feedback to Production Supervisor regarding problems and issues involved in coating of products or documentation.
• Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in painting and priming of various components.
• Knowledge of standard operation procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI).
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance of painting equipment.

Skills

• Proficiency in using HVLP, Pressure pot, and other various gravity feed paint equipment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
