About the role

Responsible for repairing wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by following a checklist and instructions from the project manager. Must adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service Trustpoints and maintain a clean work area. Communicate daily with the project manager about progress.

Responsibilities

• Repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces according to a checklist
• Follow instructions given by the project manager
• Communicate with the project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Keep the work area clean and orderly

Requirements

• Able to work in Philadelphia and surrounding communities
• Stellar work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviation
• Able to interact with customers professionally and friendlily
• Able to take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with kitchen design and remodeling preferred but not required
• Ongoing training and coaching provided
