About the role

Candidates must have 3 years of painting and wallpaper experience, tile and drywall knowledge, and pass respirator tests. Basic troubleshooting skills in electricity and plumbing are also required.

Responsibilities

• Painting and wallpapering hotel rooms and common areas
• Installing and repairing tiles and drywall
• Performing basic maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of painting and wallpaper experience
• Tile and drywall installation and repair skills
• Pass respirator test
• Basic troubleshooting skills in electricity and plumbing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

The starting rate for this position is $24.00/hour. Actual pay will commensurate with experience.
