Painter

Job Duties

• Perform interior and exterior painting on a variety of surfaces
• Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and taping before painting
• Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in clean working order
• Follow safety procedures and ensure job sites are left clean and organized
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior painting experience preferred (residential or commercial)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Ability to work safely on ladders and scaffolding
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliability and commitment to showing up ready to work each day
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, and stand for long periods
