About This Role
As a Powder Coat Painter with Crusoe, you will be responsible for applying industrial paint finishes like powder coat to metals or manufactured products. This includes mixing paints and other solutions and monitoring drying to ensure desired results. This role is essential for achieving the desired aesthetic and protective qualities of our products.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Painting Operations: Operating a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. May paint by hand when needed.
- Paint Preparation: Mixing paints and other solutions.
- Finishing Processes: Completing finishing with baking, polishing, or other materials.
- Quality Control: Monitoring drying to ensure desired results.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years of general work experience with powder coating.
- Physical Requirements: Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily. Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
