PAINTER

Responsibilities

• Perform light repairs, light plumbing, and fix minor electrical issues.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• Keep area clean with covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop clothes and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint.
• Assist the Director of Plant Operations as needed.
• Report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees.
• Self-starter with good time management skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in handyman/painter duties, preferably in a health care facility preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• May be required to work variable shifts, overtime and flexible hours.
