Key Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment units for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces.
• Complete full-unit repaints and touch-ups to support make-ready and move-in schedules.
• Apply paint with a high-quality, professional finish while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Assist with unit turns and general maintenance as needed while following all company safety policies and procedures.

• Assists with non-paint-related turnover items and general service needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $25 – $27 per hour (dependent on experience, skills, and location)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and performing physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
