Responsibilities
- Prepare and professionally paint recently vacated apartments.
- Patch, sand, and prime surfaces as necessary.
- Paint surfaces neatly and cleanly.
- Complete clean-up and touch-up work before move-in dates.
- Touch-ups typically take two to four hours, while full painting takes eight hours per unit.
- Ensure a safe working and living environment for the team and residents.
Requirements
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
- Maintain a personal tool kit for work orders.
- Occasionally use a company-owned vehicle for work.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or similar service industry.
- Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial or residential environment preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, treating all residents with the highest level of concern and care.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, aesthetic instincts, and color vision.
- Familiarity with painting tools and materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements

- Sufficient stamina and dexterity.
- Able to move about the property for various tasks.
- Standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
