Key Responsibilities
- Prepare apartment units for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces as needed
- Apply paint to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces with a high level of quality and consistency
- Complete full-unit repaints and touch-ups within established timelines to support move-in schedules
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, minimizing disruption and ensuring a professional finish
- Inspect completed work to ensure units meet company quality standards prior to resident move-in
- Support the maintenance team with general upkeep and turnover activities as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in painting, general maintenance, or related field

Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Manual dexterity to safely use tools and painting equipment
Additional Requirements
- Maintain a personal tool kit appropriate for assigned work
- Valid driver’s license required to operate company or personal vehicles for business use
- Occasional off-site travel to pick up supplies
