About the role

Responsibilities
- Safe operation of machines and tools
- Liv[e and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
- Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
- Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
- Handle raw materials and/or parts and place in designated location
- Operate equipment needed to perform the job
- Strict adherence to standard work
- Absorb[assure] team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
- Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment
- Absorb[assure] problem solving effectively
- Absorb[assure] communication
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth
- Complete respirator questionnaire

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4 shift premium + $4,000 sign on bonus
- Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:30PM - 12:30AM
