Painter - 2nd Shift

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manually paint each part going through the paint booth.
• Able to stand and paint all parts for extended times throughout shift.
• Good working knowledge of powder coat application.
• Able to operate all functions of the Nordson paint booth.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coat experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read prints.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. T he posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
