Responsibilities

• Contribute to the manufacturing process by performing various welding tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and assistance with customer inquiries.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic welding techniques and safety protocols.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule
