Responsibilities
- Contribute to the manufacturing process by performing various welding tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and assistance with customer inquiries.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic welding techniques and safety protocols.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
