About the role
Responsible for painting and finishing various surfaces in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Painting and finishing metal, wood, and plastic components using spray guns and brushes.
- Ensuring adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols.
- Maintaining equipment and tools used in the painting process.
- Performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing work areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in painting or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
