Paint Shop Production Associate

About the role

Quality Wood Priming, a subsidiary of Coastal Specialty Forest Products, is seeking a dependable and motivated Paint Shop Production Associate to join our team in Bow, New Hampshire. This is a versatile role where you will be cross-trained in all key areas of the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently bundle and package customer orders to meet quality standards.
• Organize completed orders in designated loading areas.
• Ensure all products meet established quality metrics.
• Keep the production area stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist machine operators with job changeovers.
• Effectively communicate production concerns or issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure, safe working environment.
• Support fellow team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing tasks involving bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Capable of reaching above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
• Able to remain on your feet for at least 90% of the shift.
