About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a painting project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee painting projects from conception to completion
- Manage budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or painting
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
