Paint Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a painting project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee painting projects from conception to completion
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or painting
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
