Paint/Prep Technician

About the role

Responsible for painting and preparing vehicles for delivery. Duties include applying primer, paint, and clear coats to ensure vehicles are ready for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Apply primer, paint, and clear coats to vehicles
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• May assist in loading and unloading vehicles as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience in automotive maintenance or painting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proficient in using spray guns and other painting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
