Responsibilities
- Operate paint lines to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or production
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Qualifications
- Proficient in using industrial painting equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
