Paint Line General Laborer - 2nd Shift

About the role

Accelevation builds the physical infrastructure powering advanced technologies. As a Paint Line General Laborer, you prepare surfaces, operate equipment, and ensure quality, impacting product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications
• Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production
• Hang parts on the powder coat line with hooks or chains
• Inspect finished and unfinished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable team player with clear communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and very loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
