Responsibilities
- Lead a team of painters to complete painting tasks efficiently and safely
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Train and mentor new team members
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in painting or related field
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
