About the role
Join our team at Ramblewood Apartments, a beautiful 1,200+ unit community, as a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician. This position requires an on-call rotation and may include assisting with general maintenance tasks to support the property and team.
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
