Pay

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $23.54 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

2nd shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Thursday

Work Location

1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE

Responsibilities

• Buffing the doors
• Separating doors by customer
• Cleaning the booth at the end of a run
• Knowing and demonstrating proficiency in JSA's, Work Instructions, and LOTO procedures
• Inspecting doors for proper paint coverage
• Ensuring doors are not stuck together
• Cleaning up work area when shift ends
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Familiarity with machinery
• Good math and measurement skills
• Knowledge of proper door sizes and what a reject door looks like
• Ability to read and write English
• Good attendance and safety records
• Solid teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours straight
• Ability to perform repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push, and pull 60 pounds)
• Ability to withstand exposure to temperature extremes and uncomfortable sound or noise levels
