Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desired or have a background working with machinery
  • Prefer previous hands-on experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers and reading blueprints

Pay

Schedule

3rd Shift hours: Sunday - Thursday from 10:00PM to 6:00AM

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for operating the Vector and Dye Point machines to meet customer requirements
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds
  • Affords to assist with inspecting components to the proper customer and production specifications
  • Performs housekeeping duties on a regular basis as necessary
  • Prepares daily production reports and forms
  • Affords to assist other operators with processing activities such as components weight counting, parts movement between locations
  • Adheres to Howmet EH&S, Quality, and other company policies
