About the role

This role involves executing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and more. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, monitoring, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on these campaigns. The role also entails leading as the SME for clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop media strategy and build paid media plans (audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, optimizations)
  • Leverage real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance to clients and create a roadmap for the future
  • Analyze performance data and provide action plans based on conclusions
  • Measure and continuously optimize campaign performance while setting benchmarks and recommending future tests
  • Communicate with clients on all campaign elements (planning, performance, status)
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in advertising networks
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans to support client business objectives
  • Build effective relationships with clients
  • Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in social media required
  • Highly knowledgeable with automation tools (bidding and targeting) & ad creative testing tools
  • Experience in scaling/increasing campaigns while maintaining or improving performance KPIs
  • Ability to manage large spending accounts with significant optimizations and budgets
  • Problem-solving and structuring complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
