About the role
As a Paid Social practitioner, you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, acting as the point of escalation as required. You’ll take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice, manage resources effectively, and contribute to new business efforts. You’ll also adopt technology to advance delivery and optimize practice capabilities through process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Use your deep-practice knowledge to deliver highly successful campaigns with decision-making latitude and independence.
- Plan, deliver, and measure campaigns to ensure high-impact returns for clients.
- Develop, implement, and follow guidelines and processes.
- Lead and develop the Paid Social best-practice roadmap to continually evolve our offering.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
- Play a key leadership role in growing the capability and knowledge of Brainlabbers in the practice.
Requirements
- Strong Paid Social delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable success in optimizing Paid Social campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
- A developing understanding of how channels work and optimize together.
- Natural problem-solving skills and a passion for providing client solutions.
- Confident, dynamic, and authentic communication skills with a focus on quality and continuous learning.
- Passion for growing the knowledge of those around you.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.

Pay
Current position range: $130,000—$195,000 USD
Schedule
This is an office-centric role. We expect people to be in commuting distance of the office and come in for around 3 days per week.
