As a Paid Search Specialist, SEM, you will help drive customer acquisition and revenue by managing paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising. You will work across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and AI-powered campaign types to improve efficiency, capture high-intent demand, and turn performance data into action. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on paid search marketer who wants to deepen their expertise in the ecommerce, retail space. You will partner with cross-functional teams, work with large data sets, and help shape how QVC shows up when customers are ready to discover and buy.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and requires you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company. To be considered, you must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Execute and improve campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and AI-powered formats
  • Analyze campaign and site performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization actions
  • Monitor spend, pacing, and performance against key metrics such as traffic, conversion, efficiency, and return
  • Adjust bids, budgets, audience signals, and campaign structure to improve results
  • Make SKU-level and keyword-level optimizations to strengthen product visibility and performance
  • Use automation tools, bid strategies, and scripts to improve efficiency and scale
  • Conduct routine account audits to maintain campaign health, structure, and compliance
  • Support audience and retention initiatives through list management and targeting improvements
  • Partner with internal teams and external platform partners to test ideas and improve campaign outcomes
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations and next steps

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in ecommerce, retail, or another performance-driven environment
  • Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Experience managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Experience managing budgets, pacing, and KPI-based optimization
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics / GA4
