Summary Of Position
As a Paid Media Supervisor, you will lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of multi-channel paid media campaigns across various digital advertising platforms. This role is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making, competitive analysis, budget management, and continuous campaign optimization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and private equity partners, while ensuring campaigns consistently exceed client goals and expectations.
Position Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, Local Service Ads (LSA), OTT, Yelp, & Email Marketing)
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budget utilization to ensure efficient spend and achievement of performance goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that strengthen clients' market position
- Recommend and support landing page optimization initiatives to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance paid media strategy and execution
Performance Analysis & Client Leadership
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and performance improvement plans to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify optimization opportunities through ongoing analysis and implement data-driven strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Communicate campaign performance, trends, and optimization initiatives clearly and effectively to internal teams, C-Suite executives, and private equity stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, providing thought leadership and consultative guidance on paid media and digital marketing initiatives
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Mentor and develop junior team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and skill development
- Lead the creation and delivery of Paid Media team training programs, including onboarding initiatives, educational resources, and best-practice documentation
- Support the continued growth and success of the Paid Media team by ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Paid Media Operations, to support new client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing success
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring Paid Media teams
- 5+ years of paid media experience with a proven track record of developing, managing, and optimizing successful digital ad campaigns
- Management within a marketing agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), and other digital advertising platforms
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance
- Experience presenting paid media performance, strategic recommendations, and business insights to clients, C-suite executives, private equity stakeholders, and senior leadership teams
- Understanding of LLMs, AI-driven search experiences, automation tools, and the evolving impact of AI on digital marketing and paid media strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using performance data, testing methodologies, and reporting tools to drive optimization and business results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and implement data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team culture
- Willingness and ability to travel quarterly for on-site client business reviews, executive presentations, strategic planning sessions, and other company-related meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Home services marketing experience, with a demonstrated understanding of lead generation strategies, local market dynamics, and customer acquisition within the industry
- Previous leadership experience including mentoring team members and supporting professional development initiatives
- Experience designing and implementing training programs, onboarding processes, and best-practice documentation
