Responsibilities

  • Develop audience growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Define content themes and positioning for a standout social brand
  • Advisory on Reels and short-form video content strategy
  • Recommend community-building and audience engagement approaches
  • Provide high-level paid media recommendations (Meta and other relevant platforms)
  • Guide audience targeting, growth opportunities, and performance optimization
  • Translate strategy into actionable insights for the client

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing creator accounts or media brands on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
  • Strong understanding of Reels, short-form video, and social content strategy
  • Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and paid media strategy
  • Familiarity with entertainment, film, or creator-focused campaigns is preferred
  • Able to work independently in a freelance capacity, providing strategic guidance rather than day-to-day execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
