Paid Media Specialist

Description

We are seeking individuals with 3-4 years of experience in running live paid campaigns to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will manage real budgets, test ideas, and make decisions in-platform.

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns, primarily across search and paid social.
• Manage real budgets, test ideas, and make decisions in-platform.
• Help new people discover our content and take meaningful first steps forward.

• Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee.
• All team members work on-site under the same roof.

What Winning Looks Like

• You develop and execute paid media strategies that align with business goals.
• You lead campaign execution across paid platforms in partnership with creative, media, and analytics teams.
• You analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• You test new channels, tactics, creative, landing pages, and optimization approaches.
• You report on campaign performance, cross-channel influence, and downstream business impact.
• You use insights to recommend improvements to paid media strategy, lead-generation content, and campaign assets.
• You partner with stakeholders to build alignment and communicate results.
