Alpha Key Digital is a Cleveland-based digital marketing and advisory firm working with a focused roster of high-trust businesses — primarily in aesthetic medicine. We're not a volume agency. We take on fewer clients, go deeper, and tie our work to outcomes that actually matter: booked consults, recovered revenue, real growth. We're looking for someone we don't have to manage. You'll own Google Ads and Meta campaigns end to end. We hand you a goal and a budget — you run with it. We care about cost per acquisition, lead quality, and revenue, not impressions or activity reports.
