About the Role
As the paid media manager, you will own paid acquisition across every channel we run: Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail, and other channels. This is an individual contributor role with real channel ownership. You'll craft and execute the strategy for how the channels are structured, tested, and scaled, and work with internal and external creative teams to guide creative development. Working with our analytics lead, you'll dig for insights, and provide detailed reporting to the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution across live channels, including account and campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and ongoing optimization to achieve business goals
- Devise and drive ongoing experimentation that generates actionable learnings and helps us find new growth opportunities
- Work inside health-category, HIPAA-compliant limits on tracking and targeting, and partner with marketing engineering on what can be measured with privacy as priority
- Propose strategic and novel ways to diversify our channel mix, then execute and scale
- Write briefs that tell internal and external creative teams what each channel needs next, then share results to inspire the next round of creative
- Own the testing structure that isolates variables and applies learnings to future work
- Ensure all creative passes clinical review
- In partnership with our analytics lead, own ongoing reporting on paid efforts, including incrementality testing
- Recommend budgets grounded in data to increase our rate of growth
Requirements
- 7+ years running paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, and other channels, with direct budget ownership, including at least one channel you took from zero to material scale
- Hands-on keyboard in at least two of Google, Meta, TikTok, connected TV, and direct mail, and eagerness to quickly learn those you don't have experience with
- Strong analytical capabilities; able to run the numbers yourself
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, and deploying increasingly large budgets
- A direct communicator who readily shares informed recommendations
Nice to Have
- Consumer health, telehealth, or another regulated category where you’ve been restricted in terms of what you can say and who you can reach
- Fluency in a BI tool (and/or Claude) to answer your own questions without filing a ticket
Skills
- Adaptability to evolving privacy and regulatory constraints in health marketing
- Ability to leverage AI tools for media planning, buying, and optimization

Pay
Compensation Range: $135K – $185K
