Core Responsibilities
- Support the execution, tracking, and documentation of paid media buys across both domestic and international marketing initiatives.
- Aid in evaluating incoming media proposals to ensure strict alignment with campaign objectives, budgets, targeting parameters, and timelines.
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to build asset trackers, ensuring all creative materials meet media specs and are delivered on schedule.
- Keep internal tracking systems updated with essential campaign documentation.
- Enter and track media insertion orders in Salesforce, coordinating directly with the contracts department when revisions or updates are required.
- Maintain budget workbooks to monitor billed amounts and remaining balances, reviewing agency invoices to flag any discrepancies before final approval.
- Assist with campaign reporting workflows by gathering data, managing dashboard links, tracking deadlines, and identifying key performance trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ace's degree
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and agencies
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with agencies, brand representatives, and other industry partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications or relevant field
- Experience working with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce & Marketing Cloud
