Media Coordinator
About the role
The Media Coordinator independently manages core marketing coordination responsibilities, including marketing funnel data accuracy, platform expense tracking, and television station execution. This role is responsible for problem-solving, proactive communication, and reliable ownership of assigned markets or projects while supporting team efficiency and continuity.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage assigned markets or projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established marketing workflows.
- Compile and validate marketing funnel data by defined weekly deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ensure accurate attribution of sales leads in Salesforce and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Obtain, review, and reconcile station pre-logs and post-logs, identifying variances and coordinating resolutions with stations and internal stakeholders.
- Accurately record, post, and reconcile monthly platform advertising expenses to prevent billing errors and support financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, media operations, or related roles, or demonstrated proficiency in the role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of television advertising and station management.

Pay
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22-$24 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)
