Core Objectives
Drive high-quality, compliant leads at or below target CPL
Increase Revenue Per Lead (RPL) across funnels
Maintain and improve profitability across all paid traffic efforts
Scale winning offers profitably and sustainably
Maintain platform compliance in a sensitive health category
Provide clear, actionable performance reporting to leadership

Required Experience & Skills
- Must-Have: 3+ years managing paid media in direct response
Proven experience scaling education, coaching, or health-adjacent funnels
Deep Meta Ads experience (required)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to write effective ad copy and headlines
Clear communicator who can explain why decisions are made
Comfortable owning performance and profitability outcomes - Strongly Preferred: Experience in health, wellness, or regulated categories
Understanding of: Challenges, VSL funnels, Hybrid education → application funnels
Experience working alongside CRO and Email/SMS teams
Familiarity with attribution limitations and blended metrics
Must-Have: Data-driven but not rigid
Proactive, accountable, and communicative
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
