What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search and Performance Max for a book of accounts
- Manage budgets, bids, keywords, negatives, and audiences toward cost per qualified lead and admit
- Build and iterate landing pages, and set up and maintain the integrations and conversion tracking each account depends on
- Own conversion tracking and call tracking, keeping data clean from click to admit
- Run end-to-end onboarding for new accounts
- Hold every account to behavioral health advertising compliance, including LegitScript and Google healthcare policy
- Report performance clearly to clients
What You Bring
- Three or more years of hands-on Google Ads management, ideally multi-account at an agency
- Strong on Search and Performance Max, GA4, and offline conversion tracking
- Comfortable with call tracking platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics or CallRail
- Able to build landing pages and wire up integrations, not only manage campaigns
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning results
Nice to Have
- Behavioral health, addiction treatment, or another regulated lead-generation vertical, plus LegitScript familiarity
- Meta ads, server-side tracking (Google Tag Manager, Stape), Looker Studio
- CRM experience such as Salesforce
